It adopts a high-rigidity A/C dual-rotary worktable, supporting ±110° tilt rotation, and is paired with a precision servo drive to achieve seamless multi-angle switching. With a single clamping, multi-face processing can be completed, reducing repetitive positioning errors. It is equipped with an open CNC control system, compatible with mainstream CAM programming software (such as UG, PowerMill), supporting 3D simulation, tool path optimization and collision warning, greatly reducing the operation threshold. The industrial-grade cast iron bed and mechanically optimized structure effectively suppress high-speed cutting vibration, ensuring the stability and durability of long-term high-load operation.
